Terms and Conditions – Aina’s Kitchen Limited
- Payment and Order Confirmation
a) Full payment is required to confirm and process all orders.
b) Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared. - Delivery via Royal Mail
a) All deliveries are fulfilled via Royal Mail using their guaranteed next-day delivery service where applicable.
b) Tracking numbers and delivery details will be provided to the client upon dispatch to enable tracking and preparation for delivery. - Responsibility for Delivery
a) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.
b) As the goods are perishable, it is essential that delivery is received promptly upon arrival to maintain the quality and safety of the items. - Missed Deliveries
a) If delivery is missed due to the client not being available, Royal Mail will attempt redelivery according to their schedule.
b) Aina’s Kitchen Limited is not responsible for any missed deliveries caused by the client’s absence or inability to accept the package. - Perishable Goods and Spoilage
a) Perishable goods are time-sensitive, and their quality depends on being handled and stored appropriately upon delivery.
b) If delivery is delayed or missed due to the client not being available to receive the package, and the goods become spoiled as a result, Aina’s Kitchen Limited accepts no liability or responsibility for the spoilage or any associated losses.
c) By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts this condition as a term of purchase. - Limitation of Liability
a) Aina’s Kitchen Limited will ensure that all items are dispatched on time and in optimal condition.
b) Once the package is handed over to Royal Mail and tracking details are provided, the risk and responsibility for receiving the package lies with the client. - Agreement to Terms
a) By placing an order with Aina’s Kitchen Limited, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
b) These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable law in the United Kingdom.
